Whole grain banana pie

Today I’m posting my first recipe on my weblog. Take a look below at the recipe of whole grain banana pie.

Ingredients

2 cups thick rolled oats
2 cups of whole flour
1 cup of brown sugar
¾ cup corn oil
800 grams of ripe dwarf banana
80 grams of black plum
Ground cinnamon

Covering (pie top)

2 eggs
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar

How to prepare

Mix dry ingredients and add oil slowly, making a mandioc flour with your hands. In a baking dish, place half the dough, pressing lightly with your hands. Cover with slices of banana lengthwise thin, one beside the other, sprinkling cinnamon and chopped plum over it. Place the remaining batter and another layer of bananas. Pour over the mixture of milk, eggs, and then bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then lower the heat until browned.

If you wish, it’s possible to add granola while mixing the dry ingredients.
